Lazy Enchiladas(No Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can tomato soup or small sauce
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated cheese (Romano or Cheddar)
    1/2 c. finely sliced green onions (white onion will do)
    cooking oil
    lettuce, finely sliced
Preparation
    Mix tomato soup, eggs, salt and chili powder.
    Prepare cheese and onion; mix together in a large bowl.
    Fix lettuce and sprinkle a bed on platter or plate.
    In a large pan, heat oil on medium heat.
    Start with 3 tablespoons and add as needed.
    It requires 1 teaspoon per tortilla.
    Dip tortillas quickly into the soup sauce and fry 1 1/2 minutes on each side only until edge is cooked. Remove tortilla quickly and sprinkle with cheese and onion mixture and roll up.
    Set in Pyrex square or oblong dish.
    Repeat tortilla with mixture and roll up until all are done.
    Keep hot in warm oven 15 to 20 minutes.
    Transfer to the lettuce bed.
    Decorate with sliced tomatoes.
    Serves 6. Takes about 30 minutes.
