Fluffy Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 c. tomato juice
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Remove bone from salmon, flake.
Mix salmon, salt, paprika, pepper, onion, cracker crumbs, butter and tomato juice.
Stir in beaten egg yolks, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan or Pyrex dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
