Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder (add last)
large can sliced peaches
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Use a glass baking dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch).
Put the butter in the dish and place in oven until melted.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the butter.
Drain peaches and place on top of batter.
Bake about 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
