Orange Salad Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small or 1 large pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (2 oz. box) whipped topping, made according to directions
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Cool and add orange juice, oranges and pineapple.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Set until solid.
Beat together and let set, the instant pudding and cup of milk.
Fold whipped topping into pudding.
Spread on gelatin mixture.
Let set in refrigerator.
Before serving, sprinkle with ground nuts.
Serves 12.
