Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes*
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. chopped onion or 2 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)
16 oz. sour cream

*Let potatoes thaw about 30 minutes before starting to mix.
