Zucchini "Apple" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini*
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of nutmeg
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
