Jalapeno Hot Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 small can hot chili peppers
2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small can creamed corn
jalapeno peppers
Preparation

In mixing bowl, whip eggs and milk together.
Add all liquid ingredients.
Mix together salt, sugar, baking powder and meal. Add this to liquid mixture and mix well.
Stir in grated cheese. Pour into oiled 13 x 9 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This bread freezes well.
Cut into squares; wrap in foil to freeze.
