Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. pork loin
    1 can pineapple chunks (drained)
    1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    lemon pepper and salt
Preparation
    Rub pork loin with salt and lemon pepper. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0. Add pineapple, sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce and carrots. Continue to cook 30 more minutes. Serve with rice.
