Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with mixer on medium for 3 minutes. Bake on a 1-inch deep baking sheet.
    Line sheet with wax paper and butter to avoid sticking.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool completely and slice into 4 equal layers; stack.
    Ice between layers and top but not on sides of cake.
