Leona'S Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 pt. half and half
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Preparation

Mix thoroughly all ingredients.
Put into ice cream maker can. Crushed fruit may be added.
Finish filling can with whole milk. Freeze.
Makes 1 gallon.
