Potato-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 small butternut squash, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Spread the onions in a 9 x 9-inch glass casserole.
    Alternate slices of potato and squash, standing on edge, to fill the casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
    Pour the broth over the entire surface, slowly, so that the flour is moistened. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until tender, about 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
