Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and shortening to boiling point. Remove from heat. Add flour. Stir and let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 360\u00b0 for 45 minutes. DON'T open door. Cool. Split and fill with whipped cream or ice cream and coat with chocolate syrup.
