Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green peppers
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

In a deep skillet, brown meat and drain off fat. After draining fat, add soup, water and rest of ingredients; stir well. Lower heat when steam appears. After lowering heat, allow to cook for 35 minutes. Stir often.
