Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shredded chicken or ground turkey
    4 flour tortillas
    Pam cooking spray
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. mild salsa
    4 oz. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Weight Watchers Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cook meat; add salsa.
    Heat 5 minutes.
    Add onions and spices. Divide mixture into fourths.
    Put meat on tortillas and top with 1 ounce of cheese each.
    Roll.
    Spray baking pan with Pam and place chimichangas into pan.
    Spray tops with Pam and bake at 475\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes (until tops are brown).
