Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, cut up
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. cooked tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
Drain off most of fat.
Add onion to remaining fat and cook over medium heat until onion is yellow.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat about 15 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
