Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix (dry)

Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Mix grated Cheddar cheese with cream cheese.
Mix in dry salad dressing mix. Shape into ball or log and roll in pecans and cracker crumbs or chili powder.
