Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 pkg. striped shortbread cookies
Preparation
    Crush cookies.
    Mix milk and pudding.
    Add Cool Whip, pineapple and broken cookies.
    Mix together and chill.
    Do not freeze.
    I suggest cutting all ingredients in half for 4 or 5 people.
