Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 to 2 c. finely diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix brown sugar and oil; blend in egg, vanilla and sour milk. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients.
Stir in rhubarb and nuts.
Divide between two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
