Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. tomatoes with juice
2 to 3 green bell peppers, chopped and drained
4 c. onions, chopped and drained
10 to 12 jalapenos, chopped and drained
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 3 pods garlic (to taste)
12 oz. tomato paste
Preparation

Stir and blend ingredients.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes stirring frequently.
Pour in prepared jars and process in boiling water bath 30 minutes.
