Yeast Rolls(Use Mixer With Doughhooks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    5 to 6 c. bread flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat water to 120\u00b0.
    Add sugar and yeast to heated water; set aside.
    In large bowl, mix flour, dry milk, salt, oil, eggs (slightly beaten) and water mixture.
    Knead on high until well blended.
    Gradually add flour until it forms a nice stiff dough.
    Knead until smooth and satiny.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
    Knead again with hands, about 2 minutes.
    Roll out dough and cut out with biscuit cutter.
    Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 35 to 40.
