Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. sausage
about 7 or 8 slices bread
2 c. grated cheese
8 eggs, scrambled
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain and cool.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Remove crusts from bread and line bottom and sides of casserole (cut bread in smaller pieces for sides).
Spread sausage over bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage.
Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese layers.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Bake 35 minutes.
