Bread Or Rice Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs or 1 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. sugar for bread or 1/3 c. sugar for rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Heat milk.
Add bread crumbs or rice and margarine.
Add sugar, salt and eggs. Stir slowly into hot milk mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
