Michigan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt to taste
    sugar if needed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Add sugar if needed.
