Buttermilk Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening, melted
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix flour and sugar, then add shortening, yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix thoroughly by hand.
    Add more flour if needed.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    About 1 1/2 hours before baking, let stand at room temperature, then roll out.
    Form rolls and let raise in warm place for 1 hour before baking.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 until brown, about 12 minutes.
