Garlic-Lemon-Mint Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large cloves garlic, peeled
    4 fresh mint sprigs (each about 5-inches long)
    1/4-inch wide strip of lemon peel, cut in a continuous spiral
    white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Put into a bottle the cloves of garlic and mint sprigs.
    Add lemon peel.
    Fill with vinegar.
