Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a baking dish, making sure the cornstarch is not lumpy, then sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    I usually double this recipe.
