Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    hot sauce
    1 chopped onion
    corn tortillas
    6 chopped green onions
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion, 1 teaspoon cumin and salt.
    (Drain off any grease.)
    In saucepan, mix 1 (15 ounce can) tomato sauce, 1/4 teaspoon cumin and hot sauce, as desired. (Simmer as you fix other things.)
    Chop green onions and 3 cups grated Cheddar cheese and set aside.
