Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    flour
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and half of the flour in a bowl.
    Work in more flour with hands until firm dough forms.
    Roll out on floured board to a circle 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into triangles or circles. Cook in lightly greased griddle or skillet until brown.
    Turn and brown on the other side.
