Real Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. salt, divided
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    5 stalks celery
    1/2 lb. carrots
    1/2 butter
    1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
    pie crust
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Boil chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper until done.
    Save broth.
    Debone chicken.
    Cut potatoes, carrots and celery in broth to cook (keep broth).
    Take out vegetables and keep 3 cups broth.
    Combine chicken and vegetables including peas.
