Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded and grated
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange or any flavor gelatin
Preparation
    Boil the grated zucchini until tender.
    Drain well.
    To the zucchini, add the sugar, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and juice. Bring to a boil.
    Boil hard for 6 minutes.
    Remove form heat and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Pour in hot jars.
    Cover and let set in refrigerator.
