Shrimp Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. finely chopped smoked bacon
    2 lb. finely chopped onions
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 lb. peeled shrimp
    2 c. rice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown bacon and saute onions in drippings.
    Add tomato sauce and mix well.
    Season to taste.
    Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are red.
    Set aside.
    Cook rice and add to shrimp mixture.
    Serves six.
