Chutney Glazed Cheese Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 lb. (about 1 c.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
    3/4 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mango chutney
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions (including green tops)
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese with shredded cheese until well mixed. Mix the sherry, curry powder and salt until blended.
    Shape into a cake about 5 inches in diameter onto serving plate.
    Cover; chill at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
    Before serving, pile mango chutney and green onions on top.
    Surround with crisp sesame or whole wheat wafers or crackers.
    Also good with celery and zucchini sticks and sliced cucumbers.
