Ingredients

1 lb. Bob Evans Italian sausage
12 oz. wide noodles, cooked
2 (14 oz.) jars pizza sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
6 oz. sliced pepperoni
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Crumble sausage into medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
Remove sausage and drain on paper towels.
In large lightly greased casserole dish, layer half of the noodles, half of the sausage and half of the remaining ingredients.
Repeat with second layer of noodles, then sausage and then remaining ingredients, reserving several pepperoni slices to garnish the top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
