Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. each: curry powder and turmeric
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Chill.
    Serve with raw vegetables.
    Yields about 1 cup.
