Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. cream corn
1/2 c. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. cheese
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
Preparation

Pam your pan.
Combine all ingredients, pour into pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
