No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. each coarsely chopped celery, carrots, onions and potatoes (approximately 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, in covered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Potatoes to be added during the last 45 minutes of the baking process.
    Serves 4.
