Aunt Grace'S Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or other shortening
    1 c. Grandma's molasses
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking soda and salt.
    Mix with electric mixer cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, sugar, oil, molasses and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk.
    Pour into two 9 x 13-inch pans (not loaf type).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until done. Tester will come out clean.
