California Pie(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. (1/4 c.) margarine
2 medium green peppers, slivered
2 (11 oz.) cans cheese soup
1 soup can milk
2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 (1 lb.) can white potatoes
1 (1 lb.) can sliced carrots
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1/3 lb. shredded process Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute green peppers in margarine until crisp.
Add soup; stir in milk.
Add onion, potatoes and carrots.
Heat to a boil.
Add tuna, heat again.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Place unrolled rolls on top as a crust topping.
Sprinkle cheese on dough.
Bake 14 minutes or until medium brown at 400\u00b0.
