Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. soft oleo
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk in double boiler, over hot water and stir until melted.
    Can be done in microwave in dish.
    Combine cake mix, remaining milk and oleo. Blend until mixture holds together.
    Stir in nuts.
    Press 1/2 of cake mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
    Pour melted caramels evenly on top.
    Crumble remaining mix over caramels and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool, cut in bars.
