Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white bread, trim off crusts
6 large eggs
8 slices American cheese
8 thin slices boiled ham
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
2/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place 8 slices of bread in a large, well buttered glass pan. Top with ham, then cheese, then 8 more slices of bread.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings, beating in one egg at a time.
Pour over the bread, ham and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt the butter and toss with corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serves 10.
