Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. sliced, raw potatoes (unpeeled)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. beef stock or bouillon
salt or kelp to taste
1/4 c. yogurt
Preparation

Saute onion in the oil very lightly, keeping the lid on the skillet.
Add meat and brown, breaking it into chunks.
Add beef stock or bouillon, potatoes and seasoning.
Simmer gently for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
Add yogurt.
Makes 2 generous servings.
