Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 can beef flavored gravy
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 large green peppers
    rice
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1/2-inch strips.
    Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    In large skillet, brown strips of meat in 1/4 cup hot oil.
    Drain can of tomatoes, reusing liquid.
    Add liquid, water, onions, garlic and gravy to meat.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender (1 1/4 hours).
    Stir often.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
    Cut peppers into strips and add to meat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add drained tomatoes (cut up). Cook 5 minutes more and serve over hot cooked rice.
