Brunch Bake(Yields 12 To 14 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 doz. hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Melt margarine over medium-high heat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth and thickened. Add onion, dry mustard, soy sauce and cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat.
