Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Wash, drain and halve the cranberries.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine moist ingredients.
    Add moist to dry and blend.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Batter may be baked in loaf or muffin pan.
    For loaf bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    For muffin bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
