Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk or sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until there are no lumps.
    Add water until batter is thin.
    Heat griddle or skillet on medium heat.
    Put 1/4 cup of batter on griddle.
    Turn when pancake starts to make bubbles.
    Makes 8 to 12 pancakes.
