Creamy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. carrots, cut into strips
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter, cook carrots, celery and onion 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat through.
    Ladle into bowls; top with cheese.
    Makes 3 1/2 or cups 4 servings.
