Spinach Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Italian seasoning
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine oil and seasonings.
    Stir in 1/4 pound of mushrooms, thinly sliced and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add 10 ounces of spinach, cut into strips. Cover and cook about 3 minutes or until spinach wilts.
    Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
