Garlic Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients until thick. Add the butter, cheese and eggs.
    Mix well. Place in a buttered dish. Cover with crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
