Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced yellow squash or more
    1 onion, sliced
    8 to 10 saltines, crushed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash and onion.
    Layer squash and onion, then soup, then crackers, then cheese.
    Dot with butter and bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly.
