Orange Blossom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. gin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. orange sherbet, softened slightly
    1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender.
    Cover and blend until of sherbet-like consistency.
    Spoon into cocktail glasses and serve with short straws.
    Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
